Big changes have taken place here as what was once a drab alleyway is now a quaint little street with boutiques, art galleries and trendy eateries.  This alley has seen many facelifts to make way for the store fronts that now occupy it.  It is difficult to see any similarities from the image above, but look closely at the Margaret O'Leary building, with it's arched doorway and relationship to the building next to it which has retained it's architectural details.  It would be clearer if the sign of the business next to Margaret O'Leary did not obscure the building's height.  See next image.
